Immigration Process: Step 1

So as part of the immigration process, Drew and I have been filling out tons and tons of paperwork...it seems neverending!

We also had to go get our fingerprints taken--a first for both of us! I tell you what...that ink does not come off easily! We got them mailed off to the FBI and now just have to wait (for possibly up to 3 months) to get our background results back.

In the mean time, there will be much more paperwork, more doctors' appointments, and LOTS of packing!

At least Step 1 is complete!
