As everyone warned us, the time has absolutely flown by! We have had so many wonderful experiences so far, eaten lots of delicious (albeit expensive) food, tried some great New Zealand wine, met some wonderful friends, and seen some amazing scenery...and that's just in Auckland! We have plans now to go to Sydney, Fiji, Queenstown (in the South Island of NZ) and Melbourne....not to mention 2 weeks home over Christmas!
We love our new friends here and we love having so much to do--this experience is definitely teaching us to experience things while we can and to get out and explore our surroundings.
Here's to the next 23 months of living in New Zealand!
